Incoming texts aret't coming in!!!!??????????????

Question

okay so i have verizon and i can send text messages just fine...but when the other person gets the message and they reply it doen't come to my phone :(

& i know for sure that my incoming texts thing is not off...so in other words i know for sure that i can get texts...i just can't figure out why they are not coming and its really making me mad!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

if this has happened to you tell me what you did! thank you!!!!!

call the tech support line

nothing you did or didn't do, need to talk to tech support (not customer service) at vzw and tell them what's going on. probably have a text block that didn't fully get turned off in the network switch. only tech support will see that and be able to correct it.
