Incompatible with asrock k7vm4 / VIA Rhine II

Hi, Has anyone else got this mobo running with Eudora... there appears to a be an incompatibility between the on-board VIA Rhine II ethernet chuipset and Eduora which stops Eudora sending emails. I've tried as many drivers as I can get my hands on, but to no avail... anyone out there got a working solution? Cheers Murryay
