Increase memory and mental clarity: Is there anything that can be done via diet and exercise that truly helps?

  1. exercise does reduce stress, allowing me to be more active, mentally. I used chinese herbs, mixed with hot water, drank a tall glass, once a day. The problem was that I don't know what it was. It's all written in chinese! I stopped drinking after a year because I don't need it anymore. It's not for everyone, taste awful.
