  1. Lifting weights and punching hard objects will help increase your punching skills.

  2. i wouldnt do the htting the wall technique that someone said, and i would calm down with the hitting the bag too much because if you plan on actually taking part in a form of a fight all those hours of hitting stuff starts to wear on your joints and you will start to feel alot of pain in your wrists and elbows...

one technique i use is wrapping those resistence rubber bands around my stomach and hold onto the handles and practice combos that way so you can increase your speed without the wear-and-tear of hitting stuff

  3. Try punching a tree or a concrete wall. Go easy though. It will increase bone density in your hand and build callus on your knuckles so you won't hurt your hand. Eventually you'd be able to hit a concrete wall with all your strength and it wouldn't hurt.

  4. try doing knuckle pushups

  5. practice reaction time with punching mitts. evade and counter are the best skills to have and are very hard to attain, but not impossible.

  6. Find a school near you that offers boxing lessons from qualified intructors. See if you can find a pro boxer.

  7. Just keep working at punching the bag endlessly. Make sure you keep your elbows in and punch straight. Other than that, just work on your biceps and your improve over time.

  8. Go to a bar and start fights sooner or later you`ll get tired of getting your *** kicked

  9. Shadowboxing is better for technique. Envision the most insane opponent that does many unexpected attacks, train in front of a mirror so that you'll notice your mistakes, keep on the bag but if you haven't, buy a hanging heavy bag, it moves more.
