Increase running stanina?

i can run that long which is embarrassing. most can run for a mile but i cant. What is the best way to increase stamina so i could run for a mile without stopping. i can only rub 1/4 mile.

please help!

  1. slowly increase  your running lengths and soon you'll be running  6 miles no problem


  2. run run run run run run run run run. Thats how u get better at it.

  3. The easiest way to do it is:

    Run a 100m then walk a 100m the whole way.  Every time you do it, run a little bit further then walk a little bit less.  Within 3 weeks if you do this 4-5 times a week you will be easily running a mile and then some.
