and whats the difference between stamina and endurance?

  1. Stamina is the physical ability to keep going (physically fit enough to do the distance), where endurance is the mental ability to keep going (often your mind says give up before the body really needs to)


  2. They are basically the same i think- Some people say i have good stamina and some say i have good endurance.

    Endurance: is the ability for humans and animals to exert themselves through aerobic or anaerobic exercise for relatively long periods of time

  4. run martin run! Practise is the only way. Fifteen minutes every day or every other day and see the difference!!!
