i'm a 14 year old girl and in gym the other day, we had to run a quarter mile.
i came in 4th place with a time of 1 min 55 secons. my friend came in 1st with 1 min 36 sec. was my time good?
how do i increase my stamina? i used to do ballet, karate, soccer, swimming and other sports. i stopped this year, but now i get out of breath quickly too.
what can i do at home to improve stamina and breathing?
