I have a ectomorphic body type. Tiny wrists, ankles and waist. I plan on starting weight training in september. I know that joints (ankles and wrist) will always remain small. I was wondering if weight training could increase my waist/abdomen's (which is very tiny) width? My goal is to get my torso looking more masculine and not so tiny.By the way. I am 5'11" Male and 130 pounds.
