Question:

Increasing forearm size?

I have recently been using dumbells at home to increase the size of my biceps and triceps but now my forearms look tiny in comparison, is there any excercises to help me increase their size??

Also my muscles look alot bigger but i dont seem to feel any difference in my strength, any suggestions??

  1. Try wrist curls with a lage bar and a fair amount of weight so you can only do between 8 and 10 reps do 3 or 4 sets with very short rest time between sets.  You can also due reverse wrist curls.  Doing both of these exercises should make your forearms explode.  Good luck.


  2. Your forearms usually would be smaller than the biceps, this is normal.

    Often weight training doesn't add strength but "glamor" muscles.

  3. Go to a local military base and ask them to teach you to spin rifles.

  4. He's right, they will actually explode. Your forearms will explode and you WILL die.
