Question:

Incubating cockatiel eggs and baby cockatiels?

I have 2 breeding cockatiel pairs. 1 pair successfully hatched 3 babies a year ago and took care of them themselves. Their parents wouldn't ever let a person get near them, so they grew up to be unfriendly to people. The 2 females just layed eggs, but I've heard of people incubating eggs themselves and having them sucessfully hatch. I have hand fed a baby cockatiel from day 1 untill it died 2 weeks later after being injured by a cat so I know I'll have no trouble feeding them, it's just the egg incubating I need help with.

* What temperature do the eggs need to be to hatch?

*What kind of conditions do they need?

*Should I use a heat lamp or an incubator?

*And when baby hatches, what temperature and conditions does it need???

All info you have would be great!
