Indenpendent Contract: Hasn't Received Payement Yet.

Question

I've started doing indenpendent work for this company, that does residential inspections. I"ve sent e-mails and made phone calls to their office and still no one has responded back. What type of complaint can I file against the company, for non payment.

You can complain to both Better Business Bureau and your local Chamber of Commerce.  Make sure that you keep a really good paper record including the dates you called them.
