Independent coffeehouse?

I am considering using the name of my families popular restaurant and opening up a coffeehouse. Full menu like the other chains..

My poll question is would you even consider trying out an independent coffee house over the other guys?

Well, the "other guys" are closing a bunch of locations lately. You could use the restaurant's name and add something like "Lite".

I would rather go for the unknown rather than the definite c**p coffee I would get at starbucks, it can't be any worse?

right now ill say don't attempt a coffee house it will not succeed trust me due to economy coffee houses are failing
