Inderal?? Anyones experience using for tremors and very bad anxiety?

I dont go places or do things cause my hands shake i took this today and its not changing anything yet?? 10mg maybe i need more??

Yes, I take it actually for migraine prevention, but we (doc and I) decided on it because I also have a slight neurological tremor and anxiety.  I take 160 mg 2x a day, and it has worked wonders on the migraine and the tremor.  I'm not sure if it helps on the anxiety as I also take some other meds for that.

10 mg is a super low dose, so I wouldn't be surprised if you do need a higher amount.  Definitely talk with your doc, because this med is also used to treat things like high blood pressure, and you don't want to mess with that.  I suspect you'll have at least passable results once you've titrated to the appropriate amount.  Good luck to you!
