Indesit DE43UK dishwasher. Water only

Indesit DE43UK dishwasher. Water only gets lukewarm, intermittently gives Fault code A03 - "thermistor short circuit". Indesit says no such part as thermistor listed for this model. Indesit will not put me through to an engineer to explain this. What now?
