East India- Illish Macher Sarse and Shrimp cooked in a delectable coconut curry

My favourite is dal and roti.

In Mumbai, batata vada

In Delhi, tandoori chicken and channa batura.

In Chennai, idli vada sambar and Chicken Biryani.

In Calcutta, pani puri and fish and rice.

I have given you a vegetarian and a non vegetarian dish of each place.

As the taste differs from state to state it is difficult to say which One dish is must wanted.

India is a large country and lot of culture had it so every thing is different and not common anything

In southIndia it is hot iddly with hot sambar and coconut chutnet with vada for breakfast, Rice with dhall or sambar, followed by rasam, and curd with either a potatto or beanscurry as side dish and a fried appallam with mango pickles,/ for dinner it is either Iddly or Dosa with sambar or chutney or plain curd rice.

   for north Indians it is chappathi with dhall and curd for brakfast, Chappathi with rice with dhall and onions as curry. and in the night it is once again either pori or chappathi with potato curry.

in eastwell they start withsweets for break fast and have fish for both lunch and dinner, as for north eastern states, the less the better.
