Syed Faaqer Ali - the only son of S Abid Ali passed away after having a massive heart attack while batting in a local match in

Fremont, California. He was batting when he had the heart attack. He was the son-in-law of another ex-cricketer SMH Kirmani. Our deep condolences to Mr. Abid Ali and Mr. Kirmani and their families.

Sad to know that the young man has passed away in his thirties. I convey my sincere condolences to Syed Abid Ali who was my favourite cricketer and also to Syed Kirmani another favourite player.
