Hyderabad hammered 35 runs for the loss of two wickets at stumps on the second day of the first quarterfinal in the ongoing Ranji Trophy Elite, against Rajasthan at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Uppal, Hyderabad on Tuesday, January 03, 2011.

The partnership was finally broken when Yagnik was dismissed after playing a well-tamed innings of 101 runs. At the time of his demise, the side had posted 314 runs on the board.
Later, Chopra also lost his wicket as he was removed after hammering a stupendous innings of 142 runs. At the time of this wicket, Rajasthan had clobbered 348 runs on the board.
