India Labour Law - Who knows it well?

Is there someone (especially people who are well versed in India Labour Law) who can answer my 2 queries below?

1) What is the minimum wage (in rupees) for a workers such as a driver/housekeeping persons/cleaners? (non supervisory role)

2) Is the minimum work hours for such workers mentioned above 8 hours a day?

answer 1) minimum wage is Rs.2568/month

answer 2) no it is 12 hrs a day.

hi   1) the wages r depends on :                                                         a..senstivity of the work one doing,                                                                                           b.  it is private or gov. job  ,                                                              c.every co.or factory or watever it is, have their own terms nd conditions regarding the allowances

nd 2) Acc. 2 law max.time 4 workers r 8 hrs. bt more than the mentioned time considerd as overtime nd 4 which they will have to pay extra.
