India Mission Work, And Encouragment.?

Question

Ok, I have been called to go to India and I was just wondering if anyone knew a site that had detail on India and Mission work there, now I am almost possitive that there is going to be some ppl who are going to try to discourage me, But, Please it just really hurts whenever ppl say, "Ppl in India dont want you there" And "Who care" And so on. I KNOW that God wats me to go to India. So don't say he doesn't.

You should surely go to India, It will be a great experience and will put you in a new perspective.

People are generally good and no, they are not waiting to burn you :)

Missionaries are generally respected in India for their help in healthcare and education. Mother teresa and her organisation is a great example.

however there are incidents of intorence due to some case of forced conversions. so you might want to be carefull on that point.

" Religion is a subject matter of solicitation " will not be entirely wrong in India's case :)

If God called you to be a missionary in India, I think that is the best thing one can do and be privileged to be called and used by God.  Hope and pray that the Lord would use you a channel of blessings to many in the country.  Here are some links

Are u from US?  People need more help here.  Why don't U help them here?  I work in a public schoold.  The kids here are in a great need.  Help them first.
