India Passport with USA VISA wants to visit CANADA for 1 day - Requirements?

This is a corporate question. Indian employee is visiting US office with Indian Passport and USA VISA. A Canadian customer wants techs to come look at a problem and they want to take the Indian gentleman along. It would be a one day business visit to Canada. This is happening in 6 days so no time for VISA, etc. Any idea how (or who) can make this happen? The border office sent me to immigration office which wont answer their phone. Is there a quicker route?

Indian citizens require a visa to enter Canada, even for one day. Visas are issued by Embassies and Consulates.

There may be a consulate closer to you, and an in-person visit will almost certainly be required IF a visa can be obtained the the time available.

You do need to check to make sure your Indian collegue can re-enter the USA after going to Canada.

As far as I know you are out of luck.  He needs a visa to enter Canada and that cannot happen in a few days.  You might want to consult an  immigration lawyer who will know for sure.
