Dear friend, you are miserably misconstrued over the episode. In India, politicians are all *** ( never say horse). Since they are ***, how come it be possible trading on horse ? Guess !

If TV reports are to be believed, ther're doing white elephant trading & not just horse trading. Rs. 100 crores are too amounts big to purchase a good horse.
