India Women v Pakistan Women – Asian Cricket Council Women's Twenty20 Asia Cup (Final) – Match Update
Aided by the strength of an intense bowling attack, the India Women went on to lift the tournament trophy after defeating the Pakistan Women by 18 runs in the final of the Asian Cricket Council Women's Twenty20 Asia Cup, played today on October 31 at the
Guanggong International Cricket Stadium.
The game turned out to be a fairly low-scoring affair, with both teams registering dismal performances with the bat, while their bowlers thrived.
The India Women won the toss and elected to bat first. However, they found themselves sorely troubled by the Pakistan Women bowlers – chief among them skipper Sana Mir (4-0-13-4), Bismah Maroof (4-0-14-2), and Mariam Hasan (3-0-8-2) – who ensured that the
India Women were kept down to a low total of 81.

Their partnership came to an end in the 9th over, with Bismah Maroof intervening to send Raut packing. The remainder of the batting order, save http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Amita-Sharma-c44062 managed

However, their bowlers made up for it by launching a fierce attack which saw all 6 bowlers managing to pick up at least one wicket each, while Das (4-0-12-2) and Niranjana (3.1-0-15-2) claimed two each.
