India city and suburbs?

I hear the city and suburbs are pretty noisy. both.

also its pretty dirty everywhere. like people throw trash everywhere.

is this true?

i guess not everywhere in india are noisy ,theres also a place are peaceful ,but throwing the trash everywhere ,thats not good ,and that will cause of the dirty environment and  people get sick ,like a plastics are everywhere and stinky trash on the side of the road ,..well i came from asian country too but we are descipline by throwing the trash everywhere ,we have a big trash box  in every miles away . thats a public trash can ,and we have  to keep the sorrounding clean ,thats the sake of our health ..we need to think about it,throwing trash everywhere .,I never been to India but some people that been there .they said theres some places are clean ....like in a big city are too much crowded .but  talking about crowded thats typically in a big city anywhere in this world ..of course
