of course India has lot and lot of resources.

the quality ones are used for exports(eg rice).

the less quality ones are sold in India.

in short our quality resources are mainly used for exports for maximum benefit as profit.

at last the Indian r let with something or nothing.

Natural Resources are very rare. Exporting them will increase GDP and minimise the exteranl debt. But we need trade partners who are willing to buy them. India is doing very well in exporting.

Offcourse we are using our natural resources. But at the same time we need to make sure that these resources are available for our country as well. There are many hebs in himalaya's region which is being put under Reserach to know  their medicinal values.

We are the second largest exporter of wheat.

We are capitalizing our resources ina useful and conservative manner so that it can be avvailable to the coming generation as well.

Compared to China, our recourse quickly diminished a long time ago. Of course, China's supply is quickly vanishing as well.
