  1. Normally, a country is defined by its borders. These change.

    War, politics, environmental factors, are some of the things which determine the actual boundaries. fFor example, country x might be absorbed into a dominating country through war, devastation etc. The remaining portion, if there is any, could still be called, ;'India'. Possibly, Winston's

    thoughts included Ceylon ( Sri Lanka) or Pakisatn as rightly part of India....?
