It dosent look legit. I have no seen any Indian phone number starting with "12".

yes it doesn't look legitimate I never seen or heard any number that starts with those digits u mentioned.. usually the cell phone numbers goes like 98480-21346, 98492-57189, 99546-38710.. etc.. etc..

if it's a landline, then it goes like 91 (country code)-40 (city code) - and 2332456 (phone number)
