http://www.senore.com/Cricket/IJL-Trott-c1576 and Cook started to rebuild the innings and put on 71 runs for the third wicket. However, the Poms started to lose plot afterwards, as the Indians picked up five wickets while conceding 23 runs, which included the
prized scalps of Trott and Cook.
At 134 for seven, it was only a matter of survival for the tail-enders. However, they failed to put up much resistance and England’s innings came to an end at the score of 174.
