YES !! India beat Australia in the CB series, BUT aren't you forgetting that Australia beat you in the test series ??. England also won the CB series in Australia AND they beat you in the ODI series in England, does this mean that England are a better side than India. By your logic it does !!. Didn't you lose your last T20 match vs Australia as well ??. India are not consistent enough to be better than Australia and that's a fact !!

Back to your question, well India and Australia have just palyed over in Australia. Australia won the test series 2-1 and India won the CB series. Australia also played an ODI series vs India in India last year. Australia won the series 5-2. Australia and India will meet in the "Champions Trophy" later on this year, and also Australia will be touring India later this year too

Give more details on your questions. If you are asking who is better, I would have to say that India is better. India has just won the CB series in Australia and created history. India also won the T20 championship. So, looking at the future world cup coming in India in 2011, India has the best chance to win the WC. IPL would help India to develop youngsters for the upcoming WC and the Champions Trophy in Sep. of 2008 in Pakistan.
