The Chennai Super Kings’ batsman said that he is taking the tour of West Indies as a chance to prove his worth with the bat as well as with the captaincy skills.
Raina is also impressed with some of the youngsters who are included in the team and knows them well as the left hander has played enough domestic cricket with them.
He went on to say that this is a great opportunity for the youngsters to cement their place in the Indian team as http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760 is not ranked as a very strong team in world cricket anymore.
Raina added that he is an experienced cricketer now and will help the youngsters in the Caribbean tour.
Raina said, "I am looking forward to the opportunity and hope to take the team to success on the tour. There are players who have been included in the side who have done very well in first-class matches. The tour will be a good opportunity for all of them.
I hope to put all my experience to good use".
