  1. well alli it all started when the indians were killing buffalo and fighting each other with bows and arrows and the indians were talking to each other and then ahhhh! "here comes the white men with there new technology with guns why didnt we think of it first oh ya are brains are to small" then after some fighting they came upon a deal Indian's get all the advantages but we get to own the land but you can still live on it with the advantageous ahh what a S****y deal for the indians they get to stay on the land and get free education terrible. but then the indians said school is too hard even with the fact we dont have to work since we get welfare checks and we dont have to pay the 6 grand a year for school and its probaly more than  this, so one of the smart but cruel indian people says im going to take all the peoples money and make indian casino and how can the other indians refuse they can just win more at the casino haha. and this is how the indian casinos cane to be what they are today.

  2. Well you can do a search on history of native american gaming but I can tell you a few things about this.  It all started in Florida with higher stakes bingo and the state tried to shut them down but the courts ended up ruling basically that if a certain form of gambling was legal in a state then the Indians could offer the same game as well without interference.  So the idea took off however what happened is outside money started coming in and they weren't always getting a fair shake, plus things like corruption and such and so it's somewhat more regulated now through a federal statute.  This has had a big impact on reservations though and they are calling this the "new buffalo" for them.  In addition to that the capital of online gaming in North America is actually a small reservation in Quebec Canada where even the cops are afraid to go on and they actually took on the Canadian Army a few years back with automatic weapons and such it ended up in a standoff with Indians taking over a major bridge in Montreal for awhile and this didn't even have anything to do with gambling - these are some bad *** Indians :)
