Indian Girl Marrying Foreigner

Question

I am planning to marry my boyfriend. My Boyfriend is from Bangladesh. He has done his Graduation and post graduation from here and is currently working with an MNC.

I am an Indian, and I have been born and brought up over here. I am currently doing my post-graduation in Computers. Both of us are Hindu.

My queries are:

1) How should we both proceed?

2) Can he get PIO after getting married? Or is there any problem that we can face?

3) After our permanent stay over here, can my boyfriend get equal right to work over here, like me?

4) What are the difficulties we can face, after being married to each other?

depends on where is "here" because if you are Indian and born and brought up "here" then it sounds like you are in India. if you were born in the u.s.a. then you would be American.

To get PIO, he has to prove that he was Indian.

Marriage is the best in any condition of life, provided love each other?. But the questions that you have placed needs additional informations vis. :- in  which country you both are at Presenrt? the Nationality held at Present?, the status of Visa you both hold? and the Financial position etc.  You refer to POI Card- this is only for Indian Origin holding another nationality? You mentione of Equal Right to work? in which country you refer?   At 1st being Indian get the Marriage Eligiblity certificate from your birth place or residence place in India, endorsed from the Ministry of Foreign dept. (Incase resides abroad) Get the details of your would be Husband`s papers too,  cleared from the Ministry of Foreign dept. (In case Indian Origin) as you refer Hindu on additional information as refered  above can  be given.
