  1. lamb dopaitza,not so hot

    any rogan josh or madras.

  2. Korma for the not so hot and Rogan Josh for the hot and spicy.

  3. 1. Mughlai Chicken Curry & Tandoori Roti / Chilli Chicken & Jeera Rice

    2. Biryani & Cucumber Raita / Malai Kofta & Naan

  4. Whatever you order you can ask for more spicy...

Tandoori Chicken is mild.Actually in America they make mild food only (unless it says spicy in the menu). But still to be sure ask them to make one mild and one spicy.Enjoy!

  5. Chicken Tiki Masala is SUPER good and mild...Chicken vindaloo is HOT and good.  I know they are both chicken dishes, but they are my favs...don't forget the fragrant rice to accompany both dishes!!

  6. Tandoori chicken (mild) and lamb rogan josh (spicier) with pilau rice, bombay potatoes and peshwari (sweet) naan.  Don't forget the poppadoms and dips - mango chutney is FINE!  And wash it all down with a few indian beers!

    Enjoy whatever you choose

  7. Dal Makni spicy

    Chicken Masala not as spicy

  8. for the spicy eater i would get...beef madras and pilau rice

for the not so hot..a  korma dish with rice

  9. Chicken matar, paneer saag, and paneer nan bread... all not spicy!!

    :o)  yummmm

  10. Chicken Tikka Masala (not so hot)

Beef madras (I think thats hot)

  11. hot and spicy = jalfrezi?  madras?

not so hot = korma?  or bhuna?

  12. Chicken tikka masala, vegetable madras, mushroom rice, aloo chat, samosas, naan bread and poppadoms.  You've made me hungry.

  13. South indian garlic chilli chicken for the spice lover, korma for the not so spicy

  14. Poppadom

  15. For the not so hot, I'd order a tandoori mixed grill.

For the hot, I'd order a Nawabi Murgh stick. It is chicken chargrilled on a skewer in really hot spices, but with a korma sauce.

Most sauce based curries are from a basic sauce anyway, with the proportion of ingredients rather than the type adjusted. Pretty much every indian can cook you requests. If they don't - go to another indian.

    Or a chicken Xacuti ("Sha-Coo-tee").

Or a chicken s**a (tamarind sauce)

  16. I like a chicken vindaloo, naan bread, pilau rice, yogurt and 5 pints of King Fisher.

  17. fish and chips!!

  18. Dhansak, my personal favourite.

Its a mixed bag becuase varies massivly from place to place. Its made with lentils and has pineapple added, and is usually a sweet and sour type curry.

It can be mild or hot so see what your local indian says in its menu.

(personallly i think its ruined when served very spicy)

  19. I would order Channa Masala, Chicken Vindaloo (hot) and Butter Chicken (mild). Naan bread and some samosa. Beriyani rice is also pretty good.
