The Urdang Academy (in Covent Garden) has belly dancing classes that'd fit your requirements. You can always search http://www.spoonfed.co.uk/ as I found several belly dancing classes listed there.

I don't know of any specifically but you would probably get better results if you search for Bhangara (sp?) dance teachers (this is probably the style your looking for) or Bollywood Dance teachers.
