sir i am working in sadui but when at time of my vacation  with my exit re-entery visa to to immagertion timein rihad airport the immagertion officeir has not given stamp on my electronic Exit Re-entry visa but they have given stamp on my passport also has taken my finger print .so when i will go back to sadui after my  one month vaccation is it any problem i am going to face will Re- entry time please let me no

To insist to have an NOC from the previous employer is an offense against the human rights. So in case of anyone who come across such situations please do not just depend only on agents, you need to bring up this subject in front of the authorities. You have the right to go up to the Saudi Consulate in Mumbai or Delhi and speak with the Consular General, if he insists on NOC , give him a written application and request for a written reply insisting on NOC. Then take up this subject with the media, they will do the rest. Also you can create a community or topic on this in www.touchkerala.com and collect the opinion and misery of all people suffering from this NOC issue and approach media & athorities both. As per the curent rule, neither NOC nor Exit Paper is required for Saudi Employment visa. It's your right to take up a new job in Saudi once you come back from the previous employer on Exit. So please LIVE your RIGHTS

No need for Exit Paper or NOC to stamp a new employment visa for Saudi once you come back on an Exit. You can check with Safya Travels Mumbai or Jerry Vargheese or any other major recruitment agencies

Went for an interview this week and heard from them that they have re-introduced the requirement for NOC again since last month. That was the update given from their Agent in India. Couldn't ask much abt that to them. Can someone pls confirm and comment on this.

THE NEW RULE (NOV 2009) SAYS THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT TO HAVE NOC FROM YOUR THE EMPLOYER. YOU CAN COME TO SAUDI BACK.
