Indian cheerleaders in IPL... Good idea or a foolish idea?

They would certainly make me puke.

1stly, it would be interesting to see how Indian girls cheer in sarees. lol

2ndly, if they wear a tee & jeans, it would be interesting to see whether they dance or keeping on pulling their shirt down and adjusting their pants. hahaha

3rdly, INCASE they actually go against the "culture" and wear bikinis, short skirts & stuff, I reckon they'll be praying that no one scores a boundary or takes a wicket throughout the game so that they dont havta dance and make a quick buck. lol

Wow, the ladies in our country are liberally conservative ! lol

It would cause way too much controversy !!!, and what do cheerleaders actually achieve ??.

Indian crowds are already passionate and fired up as it is, so they don't need cheerleaders to inspire them.

It doesn't matter whether the cheerleaders are Indian or not. It's also not necessary whether cheerleader girls will always have to wear bikini. To be frank Cheerliding is an expert job. You can't just bring some girls and expect them to do cheerliding job. In countries like USA, Australia & UK these girls take a proper training about cheerliding since their high school time and then become professional cheerleaders. This concept is kinda new to India so unless we have our own team of professional cheerleaders we got to bring them from overseas(Well job for everyone.) And dressing isn't issue here unless someone make it. lol Let us get used to see foreign women dancing in bikini. Then we'll move to see Indian women dancing. And then probably one day we might see Indian women dancing in BIKINI!! ;) hehe It takes some time to adopt changes in culture.

Its a good idea for the spectators-They ll ve treat from both the sides!!

But the players may be distracted letting their tongues out!

Who is interested in watching Indian girls?We can see anytime we want!

And moreover if the Indian women dance in sarees it ll be looking good!

Nah. Bikinis will be banned. It is a family thing. These cheerleaders are a common sight everywhere. So no one will say a thing.

I am not really fond of cheering squad (it's so americanised in my point of view).  Sports like rugby league, rugby union and cricket need not ladies cheering and dancing at the side and why on earth they use foreihgn ladies for cheering?  Indian ladies would be nice as it is a IPL, wouldn't mind if they wear their saris, it'll be more interesting (though I for one couldn't wear sari actually), it's like promoting indians customs and traditions.

We can't say ourselves liberally conservative ... the bollywood glamour is beating the hollywood.. the indians don't have complaints against models, ..eg.,Mallika Sherawat or Bipasha Basu.

It is uncomfortable. Especially if you're watching it with your family. Vijay Mallya's cheerleaders are the worst dressed, actually they're not dressed at all.
