I Netlal Singh, sent my Life certicate dated 08 Nov'2009 vide your VFS0094383 dt08-11-2009 to State Bank Of India,Chousa, code-03683 to Branch manager by postal registered mail dt 08-11-2009 vide RR291504902AE at 10:00 AM and he received that Original Certificate untill now and not forwarding to aprorpiate authority for my pension proccessing. Due to that my pension stopped by them for the months of Nov'2009, December'2009 and January'2010 and further pension.The Branch Manger E-mail-sbi.03683 and telephone # [phone] is out of order. I sent my brother Laljee Singh to deliver a copy of Life certificate,which was done by him on 20-12-2009,but still pending. I approached to higher authority then they promised me settle the said pension soon after providing them a copy of the same.Basically the Branch manger ignoring the fact and doesn't like to talk to the customer. Hence I requested from Authority to make awareness to him that the NIRs have facility to send life certificate through Consulate General of India when they are not in their country.
