Indian cooking?

Im east indian and i cook evreyday i have a set of pots and pans from back home but im not pleased with the way they look id like to buy some new ones what is a good cooking surface for this kind of food? cast iron, aluminum , nonstick teflon , hard anodized ..... what do you use?

  1. non stick is the best 1.


  2. i use non stick to cut the oil we eat

    some people prefer iron because they feel that the iron goes into the feed ( and people need iron)

  3. non stick, soemtimes hard anodized too!
