Indian desi tithi of my FIL's demise.

my FIL passed away on 9th june 1993 at Bhopal. I want to know the indian tithi of his demise day for shradh purposes. Pl. only those persons answer who know it correctly. Thanks in advance

  1. On  the 9th June,1993(wednesday),Ashaad krishan Panchmi i.e..5th lunar day prevailed upto 6:08pm and thereafter it was shashthi(6th lunar day).Now you can yourself decide the actual tithi, as you have not mentioned the time of demise of your FIL.


  2. ASHAAD KRISHNA PAKSHA PANCHAMI TITHI (5TH) TILL 5:58 PM IN BHOPAL AFTER THAT SHASHTHI TITHI  MEANS 6TH.
