Indian passport additional visa pages required?

Is it possible to get it done without changing passport number?

I am in Singapore right no and wish to keep the same passport number.

if you wish to keep your old number for visa purposes, the ICA won't give you any problems because usually, the embassy gives you back the old passport if the visa is on it.  You can first go to the embassy or call them to enquire.  Some countries have a little additional pages that they stick to the old to make more pages instead of new passport.  Good luck

Passport Services  

          The various types of passport services given by the High Commission include issuing new passports, duplicate passports, emergency certificates and cancellation of the passport, etc. In case of change of name/photograph/address and in case #  of all visa pages used up # – a new passport will be issued.
