  1. chips

  2. It depends where. In the UK, they often have a section on the menu with blander foods, like steak or chicken and chips. Why don't you drop by and ask to look at the menu before booking. (They don't eat beef in India but I'm sure I've seen it in British restaurants)

  3. Some do English dishes.

  4. Why not try an american or thai resturant where everyone can try veggies, seafood, salads, curry etc etc...

  5. I would say it would depend on the restaurant that you are going to! Me, I have no problem Indian/Hindu food, I've had it before, and, I've got to tell you, it was not all that bad.

Do not expect to see any beef on the menu! NO-SIREE-BOB! They do not eat beef at all! It has to do with either tradition, or, the Hindu religion.

  6. Don't go to an Indian restaurant if you don't want Indian. If you order Chinese food from and Indian restaurant, chances are it won't be good and definitely not authentic tasting.

If you want English go to an English restaurant

    Chinese go to Chinese

    Greek go to Greek etc...

  7. I think it depends on the restaurant, some restaurants do offer non Indian selections on their menu esp for kids.  You can call ahead and ask.  Alot of places serve some Indian Chinese type of dishes, that's more common than actually getting pasta.  This will be a good opportunity for those people tp try Indian food, they may like it.
