Indian wines and alcohols?

I'm developing a menu for an Indian restaurant that I made up; it's a project for school. I want the menu to feature at least a small variety of alcohols native to India. I don't know any though :/ Does anybody?

I don't know how widely available "Indian country liquors" like  Fenny and Arrack are available outside of India, but there are a variety of international-style alcoholic beverages made in India.

For beers, there are Kingfisher and Taj Mahal, and there is also a small but growing industry in India for producing spirits like whisky and gin (Bombay Sapphire isn't made in India).
