What do u like most about it?

yes. India is good. but the country is thickly populated.

the southern part of india is beautiful, with lots of greeneries,backwaters,seasides.

health tourism is good.the cost of treatment is comparatively much less.

there are variety of food available.

but i know their having water shortages and its overly populated im not sure ill ever want to go there

Almost everything except the filth and the grinding poverty.

Ive been twice I think the only good part was I got to see my grandparents and a whole bunch of other random people who are related to me in some way. And also all the shopping of course =]
