  2. Yes. Lord Shiva's favourite drink is Bhang. It is drunk during Holi, the Hindu festival of colours.

  3. it is only on shivrathri days bhang is considered as prasad and that also if it is given in the temple

    the holi masti is some thing exceptional as it is a mode of  enjoy

    but that is not in our hindu culture that everybody think bhang as prasad

    only sadhus are usually take bhang everyday as they are above the law as they are not considered as an public if they live in a ashram in  himalyas.
