...Actually there are probably some of all three.

Spain is now a multi-racial, multi-national, multi-lingual and multi-culture country, with peoples from most parts of the world!

This evidently includes Valencia.

I often vist Valencia as we have family there....

I have seen asian indians running shops & bazaars, and restaurants.  

South american indians selling handcrafts of their countries in markets or playing native music on street corners and fairs. (And also there is a great peruvian restaurant in Valencia)....

Latin americans form a large part of the immigrant work force in Spain, such as construction work, domestic staff, hotel personnel, etc.

To tell the truth, I don't think I've seen any native north american indians, but then again, that doesn't mean there aren't any.... :-)
