  1. feed them terro from lowes that will kill the whole nest

  2. No need for a specialist to visit. Get a bottle of Terro or something similar. It's a sugary honey-like substance. You can put a few drops on "sticky notes" near where the ants seem to travel (usually the floor). It actually attracts ants--that's the part that drives people crazy. The ants line up to eat the stuff and people are tempted to try to kill the ants they see. But LEAVE THEM ALONE because they bring the poison (borax) to feed the queen. Once the stuff gets to the queen, no more ants. But for a few days you'll be attracting the ants to those sticky notes....just DON'T FREAK. They need to go back to the colony with the stuff. In a few days you'll be saying "ant problem? what ant problem?"

  3. Wash your  floors and other surfaces with borax .  It is a lot safer  indoors than spraying with chemicals.

If you know they are coming from outside ,this is a way to kill the nest:

             -    Mix half a cup of icing sugar with half a cup borax.

             -    Place in a small paper plate and place on ground away from soil.

             -    If you have pets or children ;staple  another paper plate to cover the mix .   Make sure there is a small opening for ants to enter.   Let the ants carry the poison back to the nest.  Borax is found in the laundry soap section of your supermarket.

  4. Call Clark! I have it and they spray your outdoor house and such. IT HELPS SO MUCH! I havent seen an ant in ages!!! ^-^ (if you cant find clark where you are just look for a pest control team)
