Indoor exercise tips??

What is the best exercise you can do indoors?

i.e- running up and down stairs

crunches ect.?

I want to lose 5 - 10 lbs but would like to do it indoors any suggestion would be appreciated!

  1. You can get exercise DVDs. My favorite is my salsas workout DVD


  2. I don't think it matters much exactly what you do, the harder you work the faster tou will loose calories. What matters the most is that it is enjoyable enough that you will stick with it. If you plan on runnning up and down the stairs for 30 minutes everyday I garuntee you will quit in less than a week, as exercise indoors is very boring, and though you can burn calories and technically loose weight and get fit, it is unlikely it will really work, as being motivated and sticking to exercise is the most important aspect.

    Exercise outside, if its too hot exercise early, too cold layer clothes.

  3. Stairs. Or buy a machine like a treadmill.

    If you have Time Warner Cable there is also Exercise on demand.  

  4. Try a jumrope. It's fun and cheap.

  5. If you have anything with weight, like a bag of rice, or sugar, you can put them on your back and do pushups, or you could do curls with any kind of long bars. Do about 50 jumping jacks a day, or 50 crunches. If you have a few old weight lying around, use those! =D Best of luck to ya!

    You can also pick a sturdy high-level to do step-ons with.
