Indoor skiing in new jersey?

my friend said it was built already but it wasnt open yet and i looked online and i found a couple sites that said there was supossed to be an place to ski indoors in the meadowlands in 2007. anyone know any info?

yea its called zanadu or something like that. its right in the medowlands and you can see it driving by. its just a big metal framed slope. its got a while to go before it opens and last i heard it had some problems with building. i think it was either the company was running short on money, or they had some zoning regulation problem. i dont remember. but it looks pretty sweet and ill look forward to going there whenever it opens. its gonna create a hella lot of traffic tho.

Those are not easy to build.  The best ones I've seen built is the one in Dubai i believe in the United Arab Emirites.

I live in NYC, so it would be nice to see it go up.  Something to do in the summer although I would think it'll get crowded.
