Indoor smoking Laws Athens , Ga?

What are the laws concerning indoor smoking. No food will be served and just beer and wine. In Florida as long as food is not served indoor smoking is permited.

never seen a place that serves wines & beers that at least don't serve some sort of food, either popcorn & peanuts at the bar, or cheeses & fruits at fancier places with wine as palet cleansers and such.  Its proven that selling some sort of food actually increases alcohol sales.

its a no-go, guessing Athens is in Athens-Clarke County:

Athens-Clarke County, 2005, banned in all enclosed workplaces, including restaurants and bars

its banned every where here in illinois cant smoke 15 feet with in a public building ie any where thank you god you are real i hate smokers
