Induction, dilation, high blood pressure..?

My Dr. wants to induce me a week or 2 early due to high blood pressure and a big baby, but he cant do it until i start to dilate...He checked me monday and said im thinning but not dilated yet..I go back Sat morning and i am wondering what i can do until then to make sure i am dilated even a little for him to induce! Please help if you have any tips, Thanks!

EDD sept 5th..37wks 6 days with first baby ...Its a boy! :)

Just walk alot and also having s*x sometimes will help!

get up and walk around as much as u can.

DO NOT walk around to much if u have high blood pressure I should know i spent 6 weeks in hospital not allowed to get out of bed.

may be try s*x the *** is meant to start thinning and some dilation

or

raspberry leaf tea or castor oil its meant to bring on labour

my last i was in labour for 56 hour in the first 20 i dilated 2 cm next 33 i got to 3 cm in the last 3 they broke my waters and i dilated really quickly

(first 53 hour were pain free thank god! they say i was only in the 2nd and 3rd stages of labour for 3hours) what I'm saying is every one is different listen to your self and trust your instincts
