Inductive and deductive reasoning?

i dont really get what it means, i've read a few examples of each but im still not quite sure what they mean?? could you give me examples of both please?? help is much appreciated!! there will a best answer!!

  1. Inductive means that something happens over and over and then you guess that it will happen again.  Like if your mother makes you breakfast every morning of your life, inductive reasoning tells you that she will tomorrow.  But you don't know what circumstances might arrive tomorrow such that you'll have to make your own breakfast.

    Deductive means that you've taken a bunch of evidence and guess what it means based on what's in front of you.  Like if you wake up in the morning tomorrow and smell bacon, you can deduce that you mother has, in fact, made you breakfast again.
